How to register

If this is your first time bidding at our auctions you will be asked for references (from other auction houses, banks etc.) and your personal data that we are obliged by law to collect.

You can either:

fill out our registration form (located below). The form will be displayed 2 weeks from the auction date.

First name and last name
Personal identification document number and expiry date (passport or national id)
Your date and place of birth
Your nationality and residence adress
Your choice of lots you would like to bid on our auction and way of bidding (phone, internet, personal)

Be advised there are strict art export limitations in Poland. While lots less than 50 years of age can be exported without special permits, older works or works above a certain value will require export licences. Please read our export restrictions guide for more details.

Filling the form does not mean automatic approval for bidding. It does, however, help the acceptance process to progress more smoothly and quickly. One of our assistants will contact you to clarify the details of the bidding process.
